This EASY to use fastener offers a quick and easy way to fasten a cloth diaper, replacing the diaper pin.
This Size two fastener is for 30 pounds+. These are great with adult prefolds and fit comfortable to 30" waists but can be used for larger. They stretch approximately to 8 inches.
Features a crescent-shaped slit at the end of each arm, which not only allows for better grip. It also allows for the strip at the end of each arm to be flipped over the the teeth for storage as a safety feature. Keep all fasteners out of the reach of children when not in use.

These work best with prefolds, flats, terry and other woven fabrics that have a loose enough weave to hook into.
It comes in several colors and is made from a stretchable non-toxic material, which is T-shaped with grippers on each end. These hook into the diaper fabric to ensure a snug-fitting diaper.
They DO NOT work well flannel or any other tightly woven diapers, even most hemp diapers.
1. ALWAYS use a cover when using a fastener on your baby’s diaper.
2. Keep out of children’s reach when not in use!
3. Replace every 6 months.
4. Do not leave lying in the sun as it is not UV resistant and can affect the integrity of the fastener.
CARE: Clean your fasteners in hot soapy water. Do not wash them with diapers in the washer.
CAUTION: Any tear or defect in the fastener can lead to separation of a piece, presenting a possible choking hazard. Inspect your fastener before each use and discontinue use immediately if there is any sign of cracking, tearing, breakage or wear of the grippers or any other parts.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Fasteners need to be used correctly in order to work effectively. 1. Tease and stretch the fastener several times before its first use. The stretching is essential for proper function. Simply hold the fastener in the center with one hand and close to the end of the arm with the other hand. Thenstretch a few times (8 or so). As you do this you should feel how the material 'softens' or gets more elastic. Follow this stretching procedure with each arm before use.
2. Make sure that the fastener is ATTACHED SECURELY. It is important that the arm being attached be stretched across the diaper before hooking it into the diaper. So, Hook Left, Stretch ACROSS and Hook Right, Stretch DOWN and Hook Center In other words, the fastener should form a ‘Y’ shape. ALWAYS place a cover over the diaper and fastener. The fastener are made of a polyester based polyurethane which is degradable on aging through hydrolysis and/or microbiological attack. It contains NO latex or any other adulterant, dilutent or modifying polymers. The composition is 100% polyurethane.
