The Nighttime Omutsu is specially made with extra layers of protection for heavy to total incontinence!
Small (Labelled S-M) fits 28"-39"
Medium (Labelled M-L) Fits 35"-50"
Large (Labelled L-XL) 40"-67"
Omutsu Bulky fitted diapers are not waterproof and should be combined with a waterproof cover.
These diapers hold up to 6 cups of fluid - great for day or night with a booster! No folding, no pins, just add a cover and go!
The core features a thick pillow of viscose for maximum absorbency!!!
Don't forget that all of this is finished with easy to use and adjust hook and loop closures. The handy laundry tab of loop to fold back over the hook part, prevents tangling in the wash.
These are cotton and will shrink approximately 5% after washing. Wash before use.

Omutsu Diapers Are Perfect!
Omutsu Diapers are perfectly adorable, comfortable and reliable for day and night for those who have, or are working on, true bladder incontinence. They do need some kind of stuffer (or another Omutsu underneath) and are also my goto extra secure daytime diaper over any one of the fantastic Rearz Disposable Diapers (even though they don't really need it), combined with your favourite lovely crinkly plastic pants. I love the L/XL size for this flexibilty on my 36" waist and love adding a Toddler-sized Snappi from wing to wing for a true toddler look. This ZOO pattern is by far my favourite so far. But we could always use a Toddler-boy themed diaper with primary coloured cars and trucks or trains or blocks on white. Way to go Rearz!

These Omutsus!
These soft and thick diapers are game changers. Combined with a stuffer or two, roomy omutsu style plastic pants and a good onesie that holds everything together tightly and you've got a warm, super soft, super absorbent, heavy waddle and deep DEEP cozy sleep. No worry about what way your equipment is facing, or skin irritation from soaked disposables bunching around your hips. I've become a cloth diaper convert and happily wear these around the house on quiet days in.
