Our Journey
1987: Our story began with the launch of AC Medical Supplies as a mail-order catalog, catering to those in need of washable incontinence supplies.
2003: We expanded our reach by launching www.acmedi.com, making it easier for customers to access our washable incontinence products online.
2006: We introduced Natural Health Depot (www.nhdcanada.com), specializing in health food supplements and cloth baby diapers.
2007: Our commitment to innovation continued with the introduction of the Gigglz brand of cloth baby diapers.
2008: We trademarked and launched the Eco Bumz line, bringing a new level of quality to the market.
2009: Eco Bumz was rebranded as Rearz, and www.rearz.ca was launched, marking a significant milestone in our journey.
2012: AC Medical Supplies and Rearz merged under the Rearz.ca domain and branding, unifying our products and services.
2014: We launched a line of premium disposable adult products, renowned as the most absorbent in the world at the time of release.
2017: Our new website went live, enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
2019: RearzGear.com was launched, offering Rearz-themed apparel for our dedicated fans.
2020: We sold AC Medical Supplies to InControl Diapers, refocusing our efforts on our core products.
2021: We transitioned from RearzGear.com to PacifierAddict.com, catering specifically to pacifier enthusiasts.
2022: The Fixx pacifier was introduced under the Pacifier Addict brand, and we launched our first positional print diaper called Critter Caboose.
2023: We improved all our disposable products to offer higher capacities, unveiling the new Mega line with an 11,000ml capacity and updating our capacity measurement methods to better reflect the ABDL industry standard.
2024: We launched our first 2XL ABDL diaper and relocated from Cambridge to our newly purchased warehouse in Woodstock, ON marking a giant step forward in our business.

While we operate out of our warehouse in Woodstock, ON, we do not allow for warehouse pick-up but if this ever changes we will certainly update everyone. Our dedicated team is available to assist you Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM ET, currently our preferred contact method is email. Please note that we are closed on all statutory holidays.
