All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered. Shipping time quoted in checkout does not include processing time.
Gift Wrapping/Ultra Discreet Packaging
What is extra discreet packaging? - Any item with the extra discreet packaging add-on will be placed inside a discreet bag or wrapping and then packaged again in discreet packaging for shipping. The outer package will also be given additional tape for extra protection in transit.
We offer ultra discreet packaging on our website for an additional fee per item. Once you have items in your cart you can select the appropriate method of gift wrapping for your products. Please note to receive the ultra discreet packaging on cases of diapers you must select the method called "Ultra Discreet Packaging - Case of Diapers" if this is not followed your request will be ignored and will not be refunded. Gift wrapping is a non-refundable order add-on.
Countries Shipped to
We can ship to any country worldwide, however, our software only automatically calculates for select countries. We require the legal name on government issued ID for all customers ordering. If we are unable to acquire a name the order will be cancelled with applicable fees. Please note: you are responsible for all fees associated with importing which may include brokerage, clearance, duty, taxes. Refused or undelivered international packages will be abandoned and no refund or credit provided. Several countries use the transportation value for tax as they do with VAT. All countries listed below are assessed VAT/GST based on CIF value + duty. (CIF= Cost of Goods , Insurance + Freight). This means you are charged duty/taxes on both the goods and the shipping cost combined.

All orders $850 or more must ship to a verified address, and cannot be sent to a UPS Access Point or Flex Delivery Address, and requires a signature on delivery.
All orders with free shipping are shipped by our carrier of choice. If you require a specific shipping carrier, please select it as a paid shipping method. Orders under 2kg may ship without tracking. Non-tracked shipping can take up to 10 days to Canada/USA or 4 to 6 weeks internationally.(Example Canada Post is required for PO Boxes)
We offer FREE economy shipping to Canadian Provinces (excluding New Brunswick, PEI, Nova Scotia & Newfoundland and Labrador) all year round on retail orders ~$102CAD or more(before taxes and shipping). This excludes PO Boxes, remote & difficult to serve locations.
We offer FREE economy shipping to the Continental United States on retail orders $75USD or more. This excludes PO Boxes, FedEx Depots, UPS Depots, remote & difficult to serve locations.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with the free shipping guidelines; we will contact customers prior to cancellation to change the address or select a different shipping method. If your order is returned to us for any reason, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
What if I don't want my order delivered to my house?
We can ship to APO and FPO addresses and PO boxes ONLY if Canada Post is selected as the carrier at checkout.
In Canada, you may sign up for a free flex delivery at www.canadapost.ca (basically a free PO Box)
UPS/FedEx CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. If you require your package be held at a depot please sign-up for UPS My Choice before placing your order or FedEx Delivery Manager can be registered after your order has shipped. Once your order has been shipped you can redirect your package with the carrier.
Mistakes with address or Redirection
If you notice that you have made a mistake on your address, please contact us immediately so we can fix this before your order is shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
All orders shipped via UPS with an incorrect or incomplete address or names are subject to a $20 fee per piece for redirection or corrections. Once redirected we are not liable for parcels that cannot be redirected in time of order delivery. Alternatively, UPS offers a service called UPS My Choice which allows you to redirect or schedule package delivery. Undeliverable packages will be abandoned.
If your order has been shipped by FedEx and you need to update the address for what ever reason. We recommend using the FedEx Delivery Manger as it allows for you to personally edit the address for redirection or hold at a depot. We will not be offering to fix addresses on orders as FedEx offers an alternative option for customers. In some odd causes FedEx will be able to make the redirect based on the current information provided, in these causes we will inform you of the charge and until this is paid your account will be blocked from ordering.
What if my package was late?
We do not file postal claims to recover postage for late packages. Please note we are not liable for customs delays and seasonal carrier blackouts. Due to the COVID-19 Virus most of our shipping carriers have suspended their service guarantees at all levels.
Order Mistakes - Defective Products
Order arrived with mistakes
Upon receipt of your order, please check your shipment carefully. All shortages and errors need to be reported within 2 days of receipt. We will not be held liable for missing items after this time. If Rearz has made an error, we will correct it at no additional charge to you. We will refund or ship the item at our discretion.
Please forward us your original order number along with a photo of the packaging and contents of your order to email@example.com
The customer must retain the original packaging and product until the end of our investigation to receive proper compensation.
An item I received is defective
All Rearz brand products are guaranteed for 30 days from purchase against defects in materials or workmanship (this excludes seconds, clearance items and bulk prefolds). For all other brands, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
To receive compensation for defective products, you MUST send us proof of the defect and hold onto the contents and original packaging for examination. (We will notify you once the examination has been completed)
If we are unable to determine the defect through photo or video proof, you may be required to ship back the product and if confirmed defective we will compensate for both the product and return shipping fees.
All other brands are sold "as is" with no express warranty or guarantee.
*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of all the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue or a general complaint with a product, please contact the original manufacturer.
My item is being returned to sender
If a package is returned to us for any reason such as an incomplete address, undeliverable, uncollected, customs, refused, etc. we will contact you once it has arrived in our warehouse and will provide you with 2 options for resolution: reshipment or refund. In some cases the package may be abandoned if the return shipping fees are more than the cost of the order.
If the reason for return was due to a mistake made by us (this does not include carrier issues) we will provide you with a refund or reship your order at our discretion.
If you do want the items reshipped, you will be responsible for both the return shipping fees and the outbound shipping fees. (Orders returned with Free Shipping will have the original shipping charge added to the cost of reshipment)
If you do not want your items re-shipped, we will provide you with a refund for the undelivered items minus the return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. (Orders returned with Free Shipping will have the original shipping charge deducted from their refund)

Before ordering you’ll want to make sure that you’re confident in the sizing and style of your desired items, as our products cannot be returned. For items that are available in different sizes, we recommend measuring yourself prior to ordering to ensure you get the fit that’s best for you. Our customer service staff will also be happy to assist you with any sizing related questions you may have!
If after thoroughly measuring and communicating with our staff, you happen to order an item that does not fit correctly, please send us an email and we can discuss what options are available to you.
Please note that diapers cannot be returned under any circumstances, even if a bag or case has not yet been opened. We highly recommend ordering a trial pack if it is your first time trying out a new type of diaper. This will allow you to ensure that the sizing and fit are correct before purchasing larger quantities. Made to order items are also, under no circumstances, eligible for returns

Under no circumstances do we accept COD parcels.
If you are shipping outside of Canada, based on the country into which you are sending the products, you may incur customs charges levied at the time your package reaches the destination country. You are responsible for these charges. The recipient will also be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Please check with your local authorities before placing your order to determine what duties/taxes (if any) may be imposed if you are shipping outside of Canada. Most civilized countries do not charge duty or tax on medical supplies.The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.
We will ship the products that you order to the address that you provide. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will NOT issue you a credit unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges and taxes. Refused or undelivered international packages will be abandoned and no refund or credit provided.
