Our Response to COVID-19

We ask that if you have any questions about the CoronaVirus please reach out to your local healthcare professionals or consider reading this article from the World Health Organization.

At Rearz Inc. we will be taking extra precautions to protect our staff and our customers.

- We will be closing our offices to the public effective immediately. Due to the CoronaVirus we will no longer be offering a warehouse pick-up option until at least April 5th. This does not impact warehouse staff; they will continue to ship orders out normally.

Products - As many of you may be aware, a large number of our products are produced in China. We do not expect to have any product shortages any time soon. Our customers should be confident that our products have no chance of transmitting the disease, as the time in transit from China far exceeds the time the virus is transmittable.

Shipping - Our Warehouse team will continue to ship orders as normal, and will be taking additional precautions to maintain a clean and safe work environment. As long as our shipping partners are operational we will continue to process orders for our customers.

In closing, we ask everyone to be safe and, wash your hands.

March 20th Update

We will now be offering all of our customers a free washable face mask no purchase required available here.

March 24th Update

The Canadian government has called that all non-essential business close for 2 weeks, due to the nature of our products we are deemed an essential business and will remain open during this time. For the safety of our staff we have decided to no longer accept returns of our products for the foreseeable future.
