Adaptive bodysuits feature a snug, discreet fit while helping smooth lines and holding diapers/pads in place. This helps avoid shifting or sagging. The full coverage ensures that your diapers remain hidden from view, preventing embarassing exposures. Features a snap crotch for easy changes.
Fits similar to a standard female T-shirt sizing (size up one size if you are used to male sizing). This Snapsuit can stretch up to a few inches longer than listed below and can shrink up to 10% after washing.

Lil' Monsters Hooded Adult Bodysuit
I wasn't completely sure what size to buy so I went with my normal t-shirt size. It fits great. The sleeves are just the right length, the fabric is soft, and the thumb holes are a nice touch.

The hat is awesome on a cold night, and I just love the bruit much more than a regular body suit!
