We want to take a moment to share an important update regarding shipping to the United States.

Due to upcoming changes to U.S. import regulations—specifically the reduction of the De Minimis threshold and the introduction of new tariffs—we will be temporarily suspending all shipments to the United States beginning April 30th at 12:00 AM ET.

This was not an easy decision, and it is being made with the goal of finding a long-term solution that works in the best interest of our U.S. customers. As it stands, the new customs charges and restrictions would significantly impact the affordability and accessibility of our products for many.

What does this mean?

• Orders to U.S. addresses will no longer be processed starting April 30th 12am ET, 2025.

• This pause is temporary while we assess options and await further developments regarding De Minimis thresholds.

• Recurring orders will be unable to process during this time, as no shipping rates will be available. Once shipping resumes, any active subscriptions will automatically process and ship. If needed, we recommend pausing your recurring orders to avoid unexpected charges or delays.

• We are actively exploring ways to continue serving our valued customers in the U.S. without imposing excessive or unfair customs charges.

What can you do?

We encourage our U.S. community to contact your local government representatives and express your concerns about the impact of these changes on cross-border shopping and access to essential and niche products. Your voice matters, and advocacy plays a crucial role in shaping policy.

In the meantime we highly recommend that our customers consider ordering from a US based retailer while they still have stock available.
