Bye-Bye Tariff Fees

We’re officially covering all tariff charges on U.S. orders! That means no surprise fees at checkout or when your package arrives at your door. Just one clear price—what you see is what you pay. Yay for transparency!

A Heads-Up on Carrier Surcharges

While we’ve waved goodbye to tariffs, there are still a few carrier-imposed surcharges required under U.S. import regulations, especially for products that need FDA clearance (like our super-absorbent disposable diapers and pads). Here's what you need to know:

• FedEx FDA Clearance Surcharge: $14 USD

• FedEx has waived the Disbursement surcharge for our customers. 

• UPS FDA Clearance Surcharge: $31 USD

• UPS Disbursement Surcharge: Around $15 USD

These fees go directly to UPS/FedEx and cover customs processing and regulatory requirements. We’re actively working with our logistics partners to reduce or eliminate these wherever possible.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $400 USD

Placing a bigger order? Perfect timing! All U.S. orders over $400 USD now qualify for free standard shipping—and yes, we’re still covering those extra fees, and all surcharges.

Need It Fast? Try Our Express Flat Rate!

We’ve added a temporary Express Flat Rate Shipping option for just $25 USD on orders over $100 USD. Get your Rearz goodies faster without the hefty shipping cost.

Free Shipping on Select Orders Over $100

If your order includes products not made in China (like our in-house diaper covers and accessories), and totals $100 USD or more, you’re eligible for free shipping too! Just another way we’re adding value to every order.
