Original
Also known as the “standard size 6.” This guard features a convenient handle that is great for attaching pacifier clips and comes in over 30 colours. The original pacifier guard requires modification in order to be functional, as the standard size 6 nipples they come with will be firm. They can be purchased individually or in bulk, and come with the size 6 frosted teat.
Fixx
The Fixx is a professionally engineered adult pacifier that’s at least 30% larger than other guards. It features a convenient handle for attaching pacifier clips and is available in 25 solid colours and 7 transparent styles. The Fixx is fully functional without any modification and comes standard with the size 10 nipple, with several latex options available. Choose from blank, decorated & printed designs. Looking for larger teats? The Latex Fixx Pacifiers are available but may sell out quickly.

Fixx Orthodontic Size 10
An orthodontic pacifier features a nipple that is flattened on the bottom and rounded at the top. They are specifically designed to support the shape of an adult’s palate and jaw. This teat is very large, seamless, and is designed specifically to fit the Fixx pacifier, and is also available individually. The measurements of this teat are: 3.7cm x 6.3cm Available here

Cushion Size 10
Cushion pacifiers are shaped with large rounded tops that taper toward the guard. These are specifically designed to fill an adult’s mouth. This teat is available on the Fixx guards. The measurements of this teat can vary as they are hand made but on average are: 6.9xm x 4.1cm Available here
Orthodontic Size 10 (German Size 10)
An orthodontic pacifier features a nipple that is flattened on the bottom and rounded at the top. They are specifically designed to support the shape of an adult’s palate and jaw. The measurements of this teat can vary as they are hand made but on average are: 3.9cm x 6.8cm. This teat is available on Original Guards and on Fixx guards but are not interchangeable as they have different sized openings to fit the respective guards. Available here
Orthodontic Mega Fixx 12 (German Size 12)
Made in small batches to specially fit and function with the Fixx. This size 12 teat is the largest in our catalog. The Jawbreaker is a firm version of the nipple which is stuffed to give you a firm experience, where the nipple does not deflate with sucking. The measurements of this teat can vary as they are hand made but on average are: 4.2cm x 6.3cm. Available here
