So you would like to place an order for in-store pick up at our Cambridge location. Follow our guide below.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus we have changed our warehouse pick-up policy, we will now be calling customers when their order is ready for pick-up and will be providing you with a date and time when your order can be picked-up. We will explain over the phone how to pick-up your order.
Note: We will not be assisting customers who arrive uninvited/unannounced for the protection of our staff and customers.
- Go to Rearz.ca and once you have selected what you want to order, head to check-out.
- Once in check-out it will ask for your billing and shipping address, please provide your billing address as normal(orders will be canceled with incorrect billing addresses), for the shipping address please use our warehouse address:

- Once the shipping details have been entered select a shipping method. If you entered the details above you should now see an option for warehouse pick-up please select this option. If you do not see a free warehouse pick-up option please go back to step 2.
- After your order is placed our warehouse team will package your order for you. We will contact you once the order is ready to be picked-up with a date and time and instructions on how to pick-up your order. Do not Forget your Order Number!
