We are delighted to offer a convenient warehouse pick-up option for our local customers! Here’s a quick guide to ensure a smooth experience:

1. Place Your Order Online First
   Before visiting our warehouse, please ensure your order has been completed online. This allows our team sufficient time to prepare your items for pick-up.
2. Give Us Time to Prepare
   We require a minimum of 4 hours to get your order ready. Please avoid arriving at the warehouse without confirmation, as your order may not be ready for collection.
3. How to Choose Warehouse Pick-Up
   When placing your order, enter our warehouse address as your shipping address. You should then see the option for "Warehouse Pick-Up" at checkout. If this option doesn’t appear, please contact our team before proceeding with your order to ensure you do not encounter further fees.

4. Pick-Up Process
   Once your order is ready for pick-up, our team will reach out via email to confirm a time. Once you have confirmed a pick-up date, please bring your order number and enter through the front office doors, where one of our staff members will assist you.

By following these steps, and you will be able to collect your order with ease!

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to our warehouse for pick-up. Orders are processed in the order they are received, so we kindly ask for your patience as our team prepares them for you.

Please note:

Orders cannot be modified at the time of collection. If you have multiple orders, please wait until all of them are ready before visiting our warehouse to pick them up.

Orders that are not collected within one week of placement will be canceled and a standard 5% processing fee will apply.
